Picasa, su casa
Number 1 on my big list of computer-related things to do when I had the time was to sort myself out some kind of online photo-sharing thing that I could also use here - since I inherited Dad’s digital SLR I’ve been messing about and have started to get the hang of taking pictures. I’m still very much using the presets rather than being all clever with it, but have taken a few photos I’mpleased enough with to share.
My immediate thought was obviously Flickr, but my chosen nom de internet wasn’t available, and that would just confuse the hell out of me. As a result, I plumped for Google’s Picasa, and I’m very glad I did. The iPhoto plugin is seamless, and it’s taken me no time at all to upload a couple of my iPhoto albums - what took the longest was coming up with my effortlessly witty comments…
Once I get the blog integration sorted out, you’ll know about it. Bwa-ha-ha-haaa…
